Therapist

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting specializing in co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders.

• Deliver high-quality clinical care, lead therapy groups, and develop personalized treatment plans ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Utilize advanced clinical judgment, foster therapeutic relationships, and serve as a resource for staff development.
• Participate in supervision, maintain documentation, and adhere to confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, responding to calls from residents, families, and referral sources.
• Operate within a residential environment, including on-call coverage, with a full-time salary starting at $95,000 and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  
  

Requirements include a master’s-level license in Maine, experience in addiction treatment, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
