Speech Therapist

Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with a multidisciplinary team, patients, and families. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, aiding patients in regaining communication skills, monitoring progress, collaborating with healthcare providers, and participating in conferences and discharge planning. The role involves direct patient intervention, consultation, and staff education.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
• Two years of speech therapy experience preferred
