Responsibilities Include
- Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Participating in continuing education and professional development
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid licensure
- Preferably some experience in long-term care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform essential tasks and operate related equipment
- $45.00 - $55.00/hour
