Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or equivalent experience working with neurological disorders in children and adults
- Valid state license or active licensure eligibility in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Department of Health or eligible
- Preferred membership in Speech-Language Hearing Association
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret professional evaluation materials and operate relevant devices
- Comfort handling caseload stress and working independently
- Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and pediatric care
- Assess and develop treatment plans to improve communication
- Initiate treatments, monitor progress, and communicate with physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation per regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with team members, participate in conferences, and educate clients and families
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Services Director
