Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and revise care plans, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with regulations and standards.
Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, reasoning, and teamwork skills.
Key Duties: Implement department policies, maintain a positive attitude, and coordinate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
