RN House Supervisor - Night Shift

Part-time Night RN position offering $41-$45.50/hr, focused on supervising quality resident care.

• Provides clinical oversight, assessments, and updates care plans.
• Supervises nursing staff, ensures proper staffing, and mentors new personnel.
• Communicates with residents, families, and physicians, and manages documentation.
• Acts as liaison, resolves concerns, and reports serious issues timely.
• Assumes "manager on duty" role during shifts and responds to emergencies.
  
  

Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2-4 years supervisory experience, compassionate, strong communication skills, ability to react quickly, lift 30 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
