Night Technician - Residential Facility - Per Diem

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Technician to join our team at our residential facility. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facility during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a safe environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of residents and the facility during night shifts
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies
• Document incidents, observations accurately and thoroughly
• Assist residents as needed, providing support and ensuring their well-being throughout the night
• Coordinate with daytime staff to relay important information and ongoing issues
• Enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Staying awake
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience residential care setting preferred
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during night hours

Requirements

The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearances are required.
