Registered Nurse (Sign-On Bonus!)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered care in an Oncology/Infusion Center, administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions to adult oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, and manage side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure safety standards and proper hazardous drug handling protocols are followed.
• Communicate clinical updates to physicians and document care accurately, maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment and supportive services.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusions per protocol.
• Provide direct care in infusion settings and perform other assigned duties.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current and valid RN license.
• Current BLS certification; Oncology certification and BSN preferred.
• Experience in oncology or acute care valued; new graduates eligible for a sign-on bonus.
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills.
