- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including managing potential crises.
- Serve as team leader during patient emergencies, with responsibilities in ICU, ED, or designated high-acuity areas.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma; valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS and PALS required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 1 year of experience.
