- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, especially during crisis situations
- Acting as team leader during patient emergencies
- Functioning in ICU, ED, or other designated areas during high acuity
- Assisting with patient admission and discharge processes
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- One year of experience
