- Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Assuming patient care when necessary and building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
- Fostering a supportive, team-driven environment with access to advanced technology and resources.
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within designated timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or team lead, with accountability for staff and patient outcomes.
