assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Competence in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude
