- Evaluating patient outcomes and modifying care plans accordingly
- Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols
- Documenting patient care accurately in medical records
- Maintaining and troubleshooting nursing equipment and supplies
- Staying current with nursing skills and competencies
- Active RN license in the practice state
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills
- Preferred: 1-3 years of clinical experience
