- Planning and coordinating patient care, assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions
- Collaborating with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans
- Caring empathetically for patients throughout preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up stages
- Demonstrating nursing competency and expertise
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure in NLC states
- Maintaining required competencies and certifications
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and time management
- Critical thinking and willingness to collaborate with leadership
