Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role: Provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy, emphasizing Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, focusing on education, emotional support, and care for postpartum women and infants.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs postpartum
• Care for infants and educate mothers about care
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, goals, treatment, and discharge plans
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, teamwork, and ethical standards in all interactions
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification
• Neonatal nursing experience preferred
• At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time acute care nursing experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments
