Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating leadership and support within a patient-centered care framework. Upholds Service Excellence standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating direct and indirect care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including setting goals, treatment, and discharge planning tailored to patient and family needs.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certification; NRP within 6 months of hire.
• Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• STABLE certification or obtained within six months of employment.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment assessments.
