We are seeking a Registered Nurse - First Assist to provide specialized intraoperative support in a dynamic surgical environment.
As a First Assist Nurse, you will collaborate closely with surgeons to perform intraoperative procedures, assist with room setup and teardown, and ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
Your responsibilities include maintaining hemostasis, assisting with local anesthesia, and supporting the surgical team with technical functions during procedures.
Qualifications include a current NV nursing license, OR certification (CNOR), and CRNFA or RNAS-C certifications, which must be kept current. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, with NRP applicable for obstetric areas.
