Seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for part-time, in-person work in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Orangeville and Millville, PA.
- Provide comprehensive pulmonary services, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of respiratory conditions like COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
- Manage noninvasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, and coordinate weaning plans with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform admission/discharge evaluations, interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients and staff, participate in care planning, and support initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions.
- Qualifications include active APRN license, Master's degree, 6 months long-term care experience, and strong clinical skills. Must work 3 days/week with occasional on-call, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
