We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a top-rated nursing facility.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
  • Assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs
  • Delivering compassionate, standards-compliant care in a multidisciplinary setting

Qualifications And Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
  • Preferred: 1 year skilled nursing experience
  • CPR certification (obtained at hire or during orientation) and maintained
  • Ability to make independent decisions and deliver excellent customer service

Additional Details

  • Shift differential pay for evening and night shifts
  • Starting wage at $36/hr for new grads, with sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement available
