We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to join a 25-bed critical access hospital serving rural Wisconsin communities.

- Enjoy a balanced schedule with 4 weekday clinics in Shell Lake or Siren, rotating ER call (4-6 nights/month), and hospital rounding.
- Provide comprehensive care including diagnoses, treatment, diagnostic interpretation, and preventative services.
- Participate in ER and hospital call, staff meetings, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain licensure, stay current with medical practices, and utilize EMR systems effectively.
- Must be board certified, licensed in Wisconsin, and certified in BLS, ACLS, with PALS and CALS preferred.
