Clinic Director- Outpatient Behavioral health (LICSW, LMHC, PsyD)

Seeking a Clinical Director to oversee outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring quality care aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Lead and supervise clinical staff, foster professional growth, and promote a positive, inclusive environment based on DEIB principles.
• Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, compliance, and maintaining accreditation standards.
• Support program development, community partnerships, and emergency response efforts.
• Maintain clinical excellence with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Require a Master’s degree, active clinical license, 5 years of clinical experience, and prior administrative leadership.
