Inside Sales Representative - Irving, Texas (Hybrid)

As a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative, you'll take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers in response to new promotional communications. You’ll help the company’s customers understand how our wireless services will enable them to play, work, and live better all while working in a commissions-based environment, and remotely from the convenience of your home office.

The Primary Responsibilities Of The Position Include

  • Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the company’s network.
  • Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
  • Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Handling an average of 30-40 consistent inbound and outbound calls per day with little to no downtime between calls.

Where you’ll be working…

This is a hybrid role and will require three weekly in office days as set by the hiring manager.

To be eligible for this position, your home must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the company hub location specified on this job posting.

You'll Need To Have

  • Associate’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Willingness to work in a sales commission-based environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An Associate's Degree.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales.
  • 2 or more years of sales experience.

Home Office And Virtual Office Requirements

  • Home office must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the hub location specified on this job posting.
  • Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25mbps. Wireless connections or DSL are not acceptable.
  • A dedicated quiet, private workspace.
  • The company conducts periodic home audits via webcam to ensure your workspace meets requirements

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
