Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up with inbound leads and existing house accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with outside sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (cold calling required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
