What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play an important role in keeping our hospital organized and creating an excellent experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets and helping them feel welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Communicating estimates, payments, and financial information clearly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate and organized client and patient records
- Supporting the veterinarian and technician teams throughout the day
- Educating clients about services, medications, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations
- Helping keep the front desk organized and clinic flow running smoothly

Experience That Is Helpful
