Cornerstone Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Cornerstone Animal Hospital is a well-established, two-doctor small animal practice serving North Richland Hills and the surrounding communities of Keller, Colleyville, and Southlake. Dedicated exclusively to canine and feline patients, the hospital is known for its compassionate approach to medicine, strong team culture, and commitment to providing high-quality care for every pet that walks through the door.
What makes Cornerstone especially appealing is the combination of a close-knit, supportive environment and a diverse medical caseload. The practice offers both general and urgent care services, allowing team members to see a wide variety of cases while continuing to grow their skills. In addition to routine procedures such as spays, neuters, and mass removals, the doctors perform advanced soft tissue surgeries including amputations, enucleations, and gastropexies. The hospital also partners with a traveling orthopedic surgeon for more complex orthopedic procedures, giving the team exposure to a broader range of cases.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Our client service team works 3 weekdays (10-hour shifts) and rotating Saturdays (7-hour shifts).
