- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help clients navigate their pet's care.
- Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
- Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and the veterinary team.
- Help manage appointment flow and keep the front desk organized.
- Assist with client questions, prescription requests, and medical record requests.
- Handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Support your teammates and jump in where needed to help the hospital succeed.
- Learn about veterinary services and preventive care so you can confidently assist our clients.
- A positive attitude and genuine love for both people and pets.
- Someone who believes being a great teammate is just as important as being great at their individual job.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities.
