Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient care and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with clients , patients and team members.
- Work closely with the veterinarians to provide advanced medical and surgical nursing care.
- Conduct thorough client communication and education.
- Perform in-hospital and outpatient treatments.
- Monitor anesthesia during procedures, ensuring patient safety.
- Handle all lab work, x-rays, and assist in surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Utilize expertise in nutrition, surgery, wellness/preventive care, and dental procedures.
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing of our patients through attentive and personalized care.
- Licensed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT) with 2 years experience minimum.
- Enthusiasm for working in a new clinic environment.
- Proficiency in animal restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and anesthetic monitoring.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to customer service and effective communication.
