W212 month contractSummary: Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Responsibilities: Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues. Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors. Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
