Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and leadership for the IR team, ensuring alignment with Alternative Investment Services and Investment Banking business objectives.Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client and investor matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment in resolving issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, investors, and internal partners across Alternative Investment Services and the broader bank organization.Oversee and enhance the end-to-end investor relations operating model, driving innovation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.Lead large-scale change initiatives, including systems implementations, data migrations, and re-engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.Champion a culture of client service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.Oversee the execution of regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring robust controls and adherence to global standards.Drive the adoption and evolution of the “follow-the-sun” service model, ensuring seamless global service delivery.Lead the identification and remediation of risk areas, partnering with control functions and senior management.Develop and mentor senior leaders and high-potential talent within the IR team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.Oversee the production and analysis of MIS/KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.Represent IR in senior forums, cross-functional initiatives, and with external stakeholders as required.Ensure excellence in the documentation and governance of processes and procedures.Perform other strategic duties as assigned by Alternative Investment Services and Investment Banking senior management.
