THE ROLE
As a Canvassing Representative, you're the first connection between Veterans Roofing and the communities we serve. You'll knock doors, start conversations, and identify homeowners who need our services. This is an entry-level position — many of our top sales reps and leaders started right here. If you have hustle, personality, and a desire to grow, this is your launchpad.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate qualified leads for our sales team
Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their exterior needs
Schedule free inspection appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives
Distribute door hangers and marketing materials in target areas
Track and report daily canvassing activity and lead generation metrics
Participate in team canvassing events and community outreach programs
Learn our sales process from the ground up — this role is a pipeline to Outside Sales
WHAT YOU BRING
Outgoing, energetic personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from canvassing territories
No experience required — we provide comprehensive training
Must be 18 or older

COMPENSATION
Hourly base per-lead commission bonuses. Average earnings: $45,000–$70,000 in your first year with clear path to Outside Sales.
