Distinctive Car Toyz is a customization and auto dealership with location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We have been in the industry for over 29 years and are still growing. We are hiring effective immediately for a Business Development Center Representative.
Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:
· Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.
· Set appointments.
· Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings.
· Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
· Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
· Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
· Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
· Check email frequently, answer calls, and respond to inquiries immediately.
· Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
· Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.
· Must know about cars.
