Duties
- Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized personnel using CCTV systems and physical checks
- Conduct regular surveillance patrols across the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly
- Conduct safety inspections including first aid assessments and emergency preparedness checks to ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Proven roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections
