Position Details
We are seeking a highly motivated person who can demonstrate client focus and satisfaction as well as compassion and care for animals in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with clients and co-workers and handle stressful situations with poise and confidence. Previous veterinary experience preferred.
Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 pm.
2 Saturday shifts a month are required.

Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Shift start time: 7 am - 7:30 am (depending on the day); shift end time: 4 pm-6 pm (depending on the day)

- Welcoming clients and patients
- Utilizing Cornerstone Veterinary Software
- Scheduling; checking patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
- Efficiently managing multiple phone calls and messages
- Accepting payment for services
- Performing end-of-day procedures
