Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Two 8 am - 6 pm shifts, two 8 am - 5 pm shifts, every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm

- Greeting clients and managing front desk flow
- Answering phones and coordinating a multi-doctor schedule
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with clients and the medical team
- Supporting patient flow and hospital organization
- Organized, reliable, and a strong multitasker
- Compassionate and confident in client communication
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Experienced in veterinary settings (preferred)
