The Sales Representative plays a key role in providing our customers with the best experience possible - one defined by responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine partnership. This position focuses on inside sales, supporting Vestil’s distributor network and end users through professional communication, accurate quoting, and solution-driven problem-solving that adds real value.
As product knowledge and confidence grow, this role offers opportunities to take part in outbound calling, trade shows, customer trainings, and sales initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for National and Independent Distributor Account’s - handling inquiries, quotes and recommendations with accuracy and professionalism
- Develop a deep understanding of Vestil’s product line to confidently guide customers toward the right material handling solutions
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with distributors and end users through proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within existing and prospective accounts
- Follow up on open quotes, leads, and opportunities to drive sales conversion and maintain momentum
- Collaborate cross-departmentally (Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure each customer receives seamless, high-quality support
- Resolve customer concerns by investigating root causes and developing effective solutions in partnership with management
- Contribute to Vestil’s “Five-Star Customer Experience” mission by delivering service that’s not just efficient, but exceptional

Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a focus on creating a great customer experience
- Strong organization, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
- A proactive mindset - comfortable reaching out, following through, and learning continuously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience preferred
- Knowledge of or interest in industrial/material handling products is helpful, but not required
The role requires availability to work until 5:00 PM at least once per week to support late-day customer needs and ensure complete sales coverage.
