About the role
The Senior Account Manager for Airwick on Walmart will be a crucial member of this team with global influence. Playing a key leadership role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by overseeing the full lifecycle customer business management.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationship with merchant team; contribute to customer strategy ensuring Airwick business objectives are achieved
- Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for the national account (Net Revenue, Company Operating Profit, Net Working Capital and Trade Spend)
- Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class 4P execution. This includes pricing, off-shelf promotion, assortment, omni optimization, and shopper marketing.
- Partner with Demand Planning and customer service to build accurate forecasts and ensure customer service levels are met / exceeded
- Manage customer negotiations in relation to Vestacy commercial strategy and customer’s trading terms
- Create annualized JBP with Walmart. Emphasis on how we’ll drive omni growth and digital penetration.
- Overall Continuous Improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
- Develop and lead advanced customer engagement strategies including joint business planning, innovation partnership/development and day to day business.
The experience we're looking for
- A Founders mentality.
- 4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience
- 10 years related sales experience
- Previous large account management experience with a Top 6 retailer
- Ability to travel as required
- Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other business operations
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Strong knowledge of syndicated data, Scintilla, and Walmart ways of working, as well as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $206,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
