About the role
As a CPFR at Vestacy, you will be the bridge between our internal teams and key retail partners to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and drive in-stock performance. You will manage item-level forecasting and replenishment using Vestacy’s IBP processes and customer-specific tools. Your efforts will directly support our mission to deliver trusted consumer goods efficiently and responsibly.
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers on forecasting and replenishment, ensuring alignment between Vestacy and retail partners.
- Develop baseline and promotional forecasts using internal IBP systems and customer data tools.
- Monitor SKU-level performance: sales, inventory levels, fill rates, and forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead periodic review meetings (weekly/monthly) with customers and cross-functional teams to align on demand, supply, and priorities.
- Analyze POS and inventory data to produce insights and actionable recommendations, leveraging systems like SAP, Excel, and BI tools.
- Communicate supply chain performance metrics with internal stakeholders and customers to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, such as improved replenishment workflows and forecast methodologies.
The experience we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Research, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in supply chain planning, forecasting, or CPFR roles, with consumer goods or retail exposure.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and retailer platforms (e.g., Retail Link, Scintilla) preferred
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and external partners.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of building strong relationships across internal teams and external customers.

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $109,000 - $136,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
