Vesta Builders is a licensed residential remodeling company based in San Diego. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and ADUs. We are seeking a reliable Office Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations from our Point Loma office.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, emails, and schedule client appointments
• Prepare and submit permits, track approvals, and coordinate with city offices
• Maintain contracts, change orders, and project files
• Organize receipts, expenses, and prepare job cost data for QuickBooks
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Support the owner and project manager with daily tasks
• Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Qualifications:
• 2 years of office admin experience (construction or related industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with permits, scheduling, or construction paperwork a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (QuickBooks a bonus)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive approach to problem solving and follow-up
Details:
• Full-time, in-office (Point Loma)
• Pay range: $22–$28/hr DOE
