The Field Service Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruiting and onboarding activities to meet or exceed HR metrics and other duties as assigned. This individual will work closely with the Group Human Resources team and Company leadership to learn and understand business needs to offer resources and support.

Key Duties
- Partner with hiring managers and Field Service leadership to assess talent needs and effectively fill open Field Service Technician positions
- Ensure a great candidate experience is provided at every opportunity, with a focus on technician candidates entering the Field Service Technician Program
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Drive a thorough interview and selection process in collaboration with the hiring manager for each open position
- Research and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build channels, including internet sites, other media, and networking with businesses, schools, and other organizations, to find qualified candidates, including those tailored to field service roles such as trade programs, community colleges, and industry networks
- Support creation of our employer brand and drive pay-per-click campaigns targeted toward Field Service Technician program promotion
- Act as super-user of applicant tracking system for posting, updating and processing candidates including training new users
- Develop a pool of qualified Field Service Technician candidates in advance of need to support program growth
- Support the employee on-boarding process
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years in Recruiting, preferably in a high-volume, skilled-trades or field-based technician-focused environment
- Proven relationship management and collaboration experience with all areas of the business
- Experience in offer negotiation, employment legislation and and skilled trades labor market trends
- Experience with social media and other recruiting technology including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance issues and best practices related to recruiting
- Flexibility to adjust to meet business demands in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
