Responsibilities
· Perform quality assessment of medical device components.
· Use micrometers, calipers, vision systems and CMMs.
· Maintain accurate inspection records and other internal quality records.
· Interpret prints and specifications
· Report nonconformances.
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
· Create inspection routines for Micro-Vu Vision Systems and Hexagon CMMs.
Qualifications
· Be familiar with the requirements of ISO-13485 quality management system.
· Experience with 1Factory or similar digital inspection report software is a plus.
· Effectively uses time and is prompt on completing assignments
· Be able to communicate effectively.
· Be able to understand and follow standards, protocols, and procedures without excessive instruction.
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Be able to cooperate with all co-workers and staff.
· Be mechanically inclined.
· Be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
· Experience with common measurement tools (Micrometers, calipers, vision systems)

Experience:
Some experience setting up CNC Mills (Required)
Pay: $24.81 - $32.50 per hour
