Description
We’re seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through detailed inspection, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Perform first article inspections (FAIs) on new and existing products
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using standard measurement equipment
- Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to verify product conformance
- Collect, analyze, and report inspection data
- Identify and troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve inspection findings
- Pay: $20-$28/hour (based on education, experience, and demonstrated skills)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (overtime available but not required)

Requirements
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail with a performance-driven mindset
- 2 years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn
- Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS systems
- Understanding of basic math and statistical inspection principles
- Experience using standard measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or regulated environments
