We’re seeking a CMM Programmer / Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform first article inspections on new and existing products
- Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM
- Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS
- Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data
- Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs
- Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports
- Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve inspection results

Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with team members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Performance-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Two or more years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn
- Two or more years operating a CMM
- Experience or interest in CMM programming
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience as a First Article Inspector
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS and Geomagic inspection software
- Knowledge of AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS software
- Understanding of mathematical and statistical principles used in inspection
- Experience using basic measurement equipment for part and product inspection
Salary : $30 - $40
