Verto People is a fast-growing recruitment business that spans across three brands focusing on Energy, Data Centres, Architecture, Engineering Sales and high-growth technical markets across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

Over the next 12 months, Verto People will be opening new sites in Austin, Miami, and New York, and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin to play a critical role in helping us hire the people who will drive that growth.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting high-performing recruitment talent across the US market, with an initial focus on Austin and future expansion into Miami in Q3 2026 and New York in 2027. You will be joining at a key stage of our growth. The people you help bring into the business will have a direct impact on the success of our US expansion, the culture we build, and the long-term future of Verto People.

You will report directly into one of the owners, giving you close exposure to senior decision-making, business planning, and the wider growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract experienced recruitment consultants, sales professionals, and future leaders for Verto People’s US offices.
  • Build talent pipelines across Austin, Miami, New York, and other key US markets.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, headhunting, events, and market mapping.
  • Manage the full internal recruitment process from initial approach through to offer and onboarding.
  • Represent Verto People professionally and credibly in the US recruitment market.
  • Create engaging outreach campaigns that sell the opportunity, culture, earning potential, and growth story of Verto People.
  • Work closely with the owners and senior leadership team to understand hiring priorities, team gaps, and future office plans.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track hiring activity, pipeline quality, conversion rates, and market feedback.
  • Support employer branding activity across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and local market engagement.
  • Help shape the hiring strategy for new office launches in Austin, Miami, and New York.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident speaking to ambitious people.

You may already be working in internal talent acquisition, recruitment-to-recruitment, agency recruitment, or sales hiring. What matters most is that you understand how to identify talent, engage passive candidates, and sell a career opportunity with energy and credibility.

You will be well suited to this role if you:

  • Have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, rec-to-rec, or sales hiring.
  • Are confident approaching passive candidates and building relationships from scratch.
  • Understand how to sell an opportunity, not just process applicants.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Are organised, consistent, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at once.

Experience hiring recruiters or salespeople would be highly valuable, but we are open to speaking with people from wider talent acquisition or recruitment backgrounds who have the right attitude and approach.
