Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager – Water & Liquid Filtration
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing water treatment and liquid filtration manufacturer to recruit a proven Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager. This hire sits at the heart of the company’s next phase of expansion across the U.S. dealer, OEM, and commercial markets.
If you’ve spent your career selling water treatment equipment, softening systems, RO membranes, filtration solutions, tanks, pumps, or dealer-focused water technologies, we want to speak with you.
This is a strategic role built for someone who can strengthen an already expanding footprint, outperform an average-performing team, and bring real commercial impact from day one.
Package
- $100,000 base for the Regional Sales Manager level
- Up to $180,000 OTE
- Manager-level opportunities up to $200,000 total comp

Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager – Role
- Drive new B2B sales across independent water dealers, OEMs, commercial water treatment groups, and national accounts.
- Sell a complete portfolio of liquid filtration systems, RO and water softening equipment, tanks, pumps, valves, and flow-control products.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, specifying engineers, and commercial decision-makers.
- Develop new dealer territories and strengthen national programs across the U.S.
- Support private-brand business by helping national customers develop and scale white-label product lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and inside sales teams to deliver complete system solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and market-specific conferences.
- Play a key part in elevating the performance of a growing team—bringing higher standards, stronger strategy, and leadership-level capability.
Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager – Requirements
- A proven B2B salesperson in water treatment, liquid filtration, RO systems, softening equipment, or related industrial water technologies.
- Experience selling into dealers, wholesalers, OEMs, or commercial water treatment groups.
- Strong track record in territory development, account expansion, and new market penetration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel nationally.
- High commercial IQ able to upsell, cross-sell, and influence complex buying decisions.
- Strong technical understanding of filtration, water treatment equipment, or process water systems.
- Leadership or team development experience is a plus—particularly for candidates capable of stepping into a senior role if needed.
- No restrictive non-competes; positive exit history preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
