Outside Sales Representative / Business Development Executive responsibilities:Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursing new business opportunities across the Rust Belt region.Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans to consistently achieve sales objectives.Maintain detailed records of client interactions, market insights, and sales activities in a CRM to strengthen customer relationships.Analyze market trends and propose new machining solutions to support sales growth.Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Executive requirements:Prior experience selling CNC Equipment, CNC Machines, machining accessories, machine tools, workholding, cutting tools or tooling solutions is advantageous.Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth in the precision manufacturing sector.Willingness to travel to meet customers across the Rust Belt region.A bachelor’s degree in business is desirable but not required.Driver’s license.
