Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager required to join a leading engineering supplier.
The successful Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts across Chicago and surrounding areas, selling compressed-air equipment including industrial compressors, dryers, filtration, vacuum pumps, blowers and associated products directly to end-user customers. Full product training provided.
The Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager must have proven sales experience in both new business development and key account management, selling technical engineered products, solutions, industrial equipment or machinery. Compressed-air experience is advantageous but not essential.

Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Role
- Generate new compressed-air business across industrial and manufacturing customers.
- Manage, develop and grow existing compressed-air end-user accounts.
- Sell industrial compressors, dryers, filtration, vacuum pumps and blowers.
- Drive new compressed air business through prospecting, customer visits and negotiations.
- Work with engineering and service teams to deliver compressed-air solutions.
- Fully remote, covering Chicago and surrounding areas.
Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Requirements
- Experience in Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Management or Business Development in engineering.
- Proven track record in both new business development and key account management with engineered products.
- Experience selling technical engineered products, industrial equipment or machinery is essential.
- Background in compressors, pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, MRO or HVAC advantageous.
- Compressed-air sales experience advantageous but not essential. Full product training provided.
- Experience selling technical equipment directly to industrial end users.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Chicago and surrounding areas.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
