Director of O&M - Houston OR Boston
We’re hiring a Director of Operations & Maintenance on behalf of a fast growing developer, owner, and operator of power generation assets, to oversee a portfolio of thermal and renewable power-generation assets across the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee third-party O&M providers
- Drive safety, reliability, efficiency and cost performance
- Manage plant KPIs, budgets, outage planning and operational reporting
- Ensure regulatory, contractual and HSE compliance
- Support warranty claims, service agreements and technical reviews
- Partner with plant teams, leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of power-generation O&M experience
- Strong combined-cycle or thermal plant knowledge
- Proven leadership, commercial and budget-management skills
- Engineering or related technical degree
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Salary: Up to $260,000 Benefits
Location: Boston, MA or Houston, TX
