What You'll Actually Do

This isn't a job where you sit behind a desk all day.

You'll be out in the community, meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping people understand their roofing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners throughout Wichita City and surrounding communities.
• Introduce homeowners to our complimentary roof inspection services.
• Generate new business through neighborhood canvassing, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Learn to inspect roofs and identify potential storm damage after completing safety training.
• Help homeowners understand roofing options and the insurance claim process when applicable.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and provide excellent service.
• Work directly with experienced Team Leaders to develop your sales skills.

This is an active, field-based position where your effort and consistency directly influence your opportunities for success.
