Roofing Sales Representative | $80K–$200K Earning Potential

Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction is expanding our Oklahoma City team and looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a career where performance directly impacts income and advancement.

No roofing experience is required. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We provide structured training, field support, technology, and ongoing coaching to teach you our industry and sales process.

Before You Apply

• This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Oklahoma City office
• You must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• You must be available during the day, with occasional evenings and weekends based on customer availability
• You must be comfortable accessing low-slope residential roofs after completing our safety training
• This is a performance-based sales position — your income is directly tied to your production and results
• This position involves generating new business, including neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and company opportunities

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the roofing and restoration process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities
• Meet directly with homeowners and property owners
• Offer complimentary roof inspections
• Inspect residential roofs for potential storm-related damage
• Educate customers on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• Build and maintain customer relationships from initial inspection through project completion
• Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and customers
• Manage your daily schedule and sales pipeline
• Follow our established sales process and company systems
• Provide professional customer service throughout each project

Compensation & Incentives

$80,000–$200,000 annual earning potential

This is a performance-based sales position with uncapped commission potential. Individual earnings vary based on production.
