HR Coordinator - Bilingual
Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) – Sterling, VA (Onsite)
Vertical Mechanical Group is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations at our Sterling, VA headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys helping others, and is looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. Prior HR experience is not required-we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist employees with questions and direct them to the right resources
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems
- Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and employee communications
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR leadership
- Keep sensitive information confidential and organized
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and managing priorities
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Administrative, office, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
