What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by ensuring our installation teams have everything they need before heading to job sites.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing and staging materials, tools, and equipment for the next day's scheduled installations
- Assisting installers with loading and unloading company vehicles
- Receiving incoming shipments and putting inventory away accurately
- Tracking materials leaving the warehouse and maintaining proper documentation
- Returning unused materials to inventory and coordinating overstock returns with the Installation Coordinator
- Keeping the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Helping maintain accurate inventory levels and supporting overall warehouse operations

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous forklift experience
- Experience with warehouse inventory or material handling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
